A good solid breakfast tea. It's a strong black tea blend suitable for use with milk and great in the morning.

Jemima Nicholas, 50g Tin £5.50
Named after the local Pembrokeshire heroine who led the men and women of Fishguard into battle with the French during the last invasion of Great Britain in 1797. Legend has it she single handedly rounded up 22 French soldiers, armed only with her pitchfork and locked them in the local church until re-enforcements arrived from the British Army.
A very refreshing take on afternoon tea with hints of passion fruits.

Pembrokeshire Rose Tea, 50g Tin £5.50
Since the first members of the Tudor line were born at Pembroke Castle Pembrokeshire's flag has featured a rose. Here a wonderful Tea Hybrid rose with a sweet petal and has been blended with a dark leaf tea.
Using rose petals, hips, stem and leaf in this mix to balance the bitter sweet flavours.
It is best made with water, just off the boil , 2-3 minute infusion and with or without milk. A good tip for this tea is to re-fill the pot with boiling water before pouring a second serving as the rose petals can sometimes taste bitter after a long infusion.
